Somatic Counselling + Nervous System Regulation

Working Together

Most people start to feel small but meaningful changes within the first few sessions.

Counselling Rooted in Body Wisdom

Have you tried traditional talk therapy but still feel like something’s missing? Somatic therapy recognizes that healing doesn’t just happen in the mind — it also needs to be felt in the body.
If you sometimes find yourself overthinking, feeling anxious, or caught in your head, it may be your body’s gentle way of saying, “I’m here too — listen to me.”
The Process
Together, we slow things down so you can reconnect with your body and begin to understand what it’s hoping to communicate. This is the heart of somatic counselling — learning to notice, feel, and work with what’s happening inside rather than against it. As your awareness grows, you naturally develop new ways to calm your nervous system, ease anxiety, and foster a deeper sense of safety and connection within yourself. It's magical.

Session Pace

Sessions are 90 minutes in length as we move through three stages: Understanding what’s present, exploring how your experiences currently live in the body, and embodied healing through talk therapy, breath, movement, and somatic processing .
"Your body is more than just a body — it’s a guide, a compass, and a source of deep insight and healing."

Modalities

My approach is strength-based and compassion-focused, blending movement, somatic exploration, meditation, and breathwork to support deeper awareness and regulation.
Between our sessions, I offer gentle practices. These are mindful excercies to help you weave healing into your everyday life, so it becomes something you live, not just talk about.
